The success of the ISDC's mission will require more than skill and courage. Effective collaboration will enable crew do their best work and empower their crewmates to realise their own potential. A number of networking opportunities are available through the crew website.

Crew can share common interests in groups, which are organised around topical subject areas. Crew can exchange ideas, co-ordinate work and colloborate on new concepts with like-minded colleagues,

Crew can also orgnaise themselves into multi-disciplinary teams to support their simulation training. Teams can run simulations against each other and compete for seasonal honours.
